Religion is extreme, is it not? - when you conserve and preserve because God created the universe for us to enjoy and leave a planet unpolluted for our next generations to come instead of implementing wanton destruction of wild life and natural resources, religion and human beings come together as one. That is the true meaning of advaita. It means we have responsibilities to craft out moral politics, which has been absent for generations as it has been all about the industrial revolution and colonisation and pillaging to fill one's bellies and live ostentatiously.

Unfortunately, not a lot of people know this but we are our minds, not our bodies, the body is only the vehicle for our minds and needs to be reined in like horses to give us a chance of being able to live harmoniously within our environment. This is the basis of moral politics: no wars,…

I was in the process of considering that this yoga cannot be a life-long excercise for it takes up so much of ones time and energy, and at its most intense I was engaged in karma in sanatan dharma for 16 hours of day.

So I was even then looking for a way out of yoga, and in fact the idea that it is not normal had occurred to me several years ago.

Today I know what is next after yoga. I am talking specifically about yoga of the mind for which I had coined the term satya-advaita yoga or the yoga of one-ness with truth. It was the process of seeking the truth through truth accommodation. It went on with me for 27 years.
