On Sunday evening the 6th of December 2025, a new life has begun for me, Dr Shantanu Panigrahi.

I am recording it here for the benefit of all my readers and followers:

Having learnt all that I needed to and with the antipathy towards me dying down, it is time to reap the harvest.

Here we go!

Religion is extreme, is it not? - when you conserve and preserve because God created the universe for us to enjoy and leave a planet unpolluted for our next generations to come instead of implementing wanton destruction of wild life and natural resources, religion and human beings come together as one. That is the true meaning of advaita. It means we have responsibilities to craft out moral politics, which has been absent for generations as it has been all about the industrial revolution and colonisation and pillaging to fill one's bellies and live ostentatiously.

Unfortunately, not a lot of people know this but we are our minds, not our bodies, the body is only the vehicle for our minds and needs to be reined in like horses to give us a chance of being able to live harmoniously within our environment. This is the basis of moral politics: no wars,…

I was in the process of considering that this yoga cannot be a life-long excercise for it takes up so much of ones time and energy, and at its most intense I was engaged in karma in sanatan dharma for 16 hours of day.

So I was even then looking for a way out of yoga, and in fact the idea that it is not normal had occurred to me several years ago.

Today I know what is next after yoga. I am talking specifically about yoga of the mind for which I had coined the term satya-advaita yoga or the yoga of one-ness with truth. It was the process of seeking the truth through truth accommodation. It went on with me for 27 years.

I wrote there is no money in truth. so it also had to be abandoned from this point of view. For the belly needs food…

To experience God, one needs to delve into one's own psyche, that is the easiest way to determine and confirm one's faith.

I am 68 years of age and come to the end of my productive life. This morning I was invited by the great Wix.com to develop the the groups by posting a first post. What better a topic could have come to my mind than what I wake up to each morning.

It has taken 27 years of studies to get to this final assessment. The details of how I pursued my studies are available on line.

From today, I would be amenable to answer individual questions.
