Dear Ms Anderton

1. Thank you for your email of 25 Aug 2026, 12.23 pm.

2. I have no qualms on its content except one: You state that 'The date of this letter represents the restart of that process and so you have until 2 September 2026 in which to resubmit the application without further fees. Anything received after 5pm on 2 September 2026 will be considered a new application’.

3. I would like to state that this is grossly unfair and I am taking my complaint further to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman; on the grounds that it does not give me sufficient time to reorganise the second revised submission along the following rationale as the content: Last UBP Invoice-0001538-1 (attached).

4. For a start my original Campaign Official and Additional Official have left the UBP_UK and you have not answered the question posed by me as to which countries of the globe I can bring in officials for acceptance by PEPRA requirements.

5.  I should be grateful for an immediate reply to enable me to formulate a revised submission consistent to the attachment within the provision that it should be a FREE second submission.

Yours sincerely
