The Listing Office of the Administrative Court quite evidently did not have the capacity to adjudicate on its jurisdiction to reach a considered decision on our application as presented and linked here: https://www.thenewclimateformankind.com/product-page/final-judicial-review; https://www.thenewclimateformankind.com/product-page/constitutional-law (please let me know if you require hard copies of these documents).

 

I therefore would like to avail the free submission for this scheme as is my right and unless I hear from the Administrative Court in the meantime under the Appeal that I have instituted through this email that we are right and you are wrong we will modify our Constitution and Financial Statement to accommodate the Commission stipulations of April 30 now that I have sight of this correspondence.

I appeal against this email-decision on the grounds that I did not have any emails from you from and including 30 April 2026 or else I would have complained against that decision; and even if you did send me any email it is possible that it went into the Spam folder which I sweep-clear on a daily basis unless I have been alerted that something is being sent.

 

The only email I received from you was the one from 27 March relating to the Balance Party (https://www.bharatiyavishistaadvaitaparty.com/post/electoral-commission-s-refusal-to-register-round-2-revision-of-the-balance-party) which as you must be aware was the conception of Abhishek Prasad that I had complained about thinking that Mr Prasad had conspired with me with you to bastardise my Vishista Advaita conception that is all that I was ever interested in furthering and which you both did not like.

 

So I did not appeal when The Balance Party was rejected and instead changed my oringinal Conservative Libertarian Party to the Universal Balance Party for Global Welfare.

 

This submission as presented must be assessed immediately or I will revise it unchanged for a free resubmission.
